International conference: “THE QUALITY OF COFFEE: A NEVER ENDING RESEARCH”

The International Hub for Coffee Research and Innovation, set up by Simonelli Group and the University of Camerino to support the entire global coffee industry by raising professionalism and product quality, is crossing the finish line on its first year. To celebrate this anniversary, the Coffee Hub will organize the first of a series of international conventions titled “The Quality of Coffee: a never ending research”.
The conference will be at University of Camerino (Italy) on Thursday 30 November and Friday 1 December 2017. For the occassion Coffee Hub published a call for papers: researchers, academics and experts can send their abstracts on the subject through www.coffeehub.org/call-for-paper . The topics of interest for submission include, but are not limited to, the following aspects:
- Coffee and Health
- Volatiles in Coffee: the Sensomics Approach
- Freshness Indicators
- Chlorogenic Acids and other Antioxidants
- New trend in coffee aroma analysis.
